今回一緒に見ていくフレーズはLet meです。
Before we go over and practice phrases, let’s check out the meaning.

フレーズの意味
Firstly how you form the sentence would be
まず文章の作り方はこうです
let me ＋verb(動詞)
The meaning of the phrase is「私に〜させて」です。
そしてフレーズの意味は「私に〜させて」です。
There are also similar phrases ,“Can I~?” and “Could I〜?”
他にも似たようなフレーズで“Can I~?” や “Could I〜?”があります。
The difference is when you ask “can I ~?” or “ could I ~?” these are asking for permission 「許可」.
この違いは”can I ~?” と聞いた場合また”Could I ~?” と聞いた場合、これらは許可を求めています。
On the other hand, when you say “let me~” its not necessary asking for permission but more like telling that you want to do it.
それに対して”let me~”と聞いた場合、これは、必ずしも許可を得ようとしているわけではなく、それよりも「〜させて」と伝えている言い方になります。
Let me〜 の使い方

as you could see you can apply verb.
